From carpenter to builder
“As a young carpenter I saw an opening in the new home market, and I’ve pursued it ever since. There was a real need for good design and a quality build, so that’s where I positioned myself.
For 30 years I’ve worked toward the same goal: projects with great design, quality and attention to detail. I’ve delivered everything from a $4 million project to a $20,000 deck.”
Why it stays personal
You won’t be passed between a designer, a council consultant and a site supervisor. The team that draws up your concept is the team that builds it, and David is your contact from the first site meeting to handover.
That’s also why we keep the team small. Four people means David knows every job on the books, and every client has his number.

Every project starts with a site meeting. David walks the block with you and talks through what’s possible before anything is drawn.
