What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, the suburb of your project and what you tell us about it. If you call or email us, we keep a record of that conversation.

Why we collect it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange a site meeting, prepare quotes and designs, and run your project if you go ahead. We don’t sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

Only the people needed to do the work, such as designers, certifiers, council and insurers for your project. Our website uses service providers to deliver enquiries and protect the form from spam:

• Cloudflare, which hosts this site, stores form submissions and runs the spam check on the enquiry form.
• Resend, which delivers form enquiries to our inbox.

These providers may store data outside Australia.

Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we delete enquiries we no longer need.

Seeing or correcting your information

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted. Email davidgeitz@gmail.com or call 0419 279 251.

Complaints

If you have a concern about how we’ve handled your information, contact us first and we’ll work to resolve it. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
